Kelvin graduated from the University of Hull in 1995. He was called to the Bar of the Middle Temple in 1996 and to the Singapore Bar in 1998. He has since then practised in both the United Kingdom and in Singapore.

Kelvin practises in the areas of commercial, general and matrimonial litigation, assisting his clients in issues including breach of trust, shareholders’ disputes, breach of contract, divorce and division of matrimonial assets. He also has an active corporate advisory practice.
