Vicki graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999. Since then she has specialised in the field of intellectual property law, assisting her clients in the development, protection, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.

She advised both local and overseas clients on issues including brand clearance, brand protection, franchising, licensing, transfer of technology and intellectual property rights infringement.

Vicki has focused her practice on domestic SMEs, assisting startup businesses with their commercial, global intellectual property and employment issues.

Vicki is currently a member of the Institute of Singapore Trade Mark Agents and the Asian Patent Agents Association (Singapore). She is also privileged to serve as a Board Member of CaringSG, a charitable organisation for the support of special needs caregivers. Her free moments are spent bonding with her two teenage children over various forms of art and craft, meal preparation and computer games.

Her drink of choice is coffee, black.
