Vicki Heng is a lawyer in Singapore and the founder of Vicki Heng Law Corporation. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and was called to the Bar in 1999. Since then, Vicki Heng has specialised in intellectual property law. She helps clients develop, protect, and enforce their intellectual property rights.
She advises local and overseas clients on brand clearance, protection, franchising, licensing, and technology transfers. Vicki Heng also handles intellectual property infringement cases. Her focus is on supporting domestic SMEs and startups with commercial, global IP, and employment issues.
Vicki Heng is a member of the Institute of Singapore Trade Mark Agents and the Asian Patent Agents Association (Singapore). She also serves as a Board Member of CaringSG, a charity supporting special needs caregivers. In addition, she runs NotariseSG, a platform for notarial and commissioning services that offers clients a streamlined and reliable solution.
Outside of work, Vicki enjoys art, craft, cooking, and computer games with her two teenage children. Her drink of choice is coffee, black.
